Shellman is free to use today. The core product is open source, and you can self-host and run it without a license fee.

As Shellman evolves, paid pricing will focus on advanced capabilities that create ongoing infrastructure and security costs, including:
- Remote access—using when you're not on the same network as your machine
- Built-in AI token provider services
- Enterprise-grade security and compliance scenarios
Pricing Philosophy
We keep the core workflow open and accessible. We charge for premium, hosted, and enterprise-specific capabilities.
